The "Sales Revolution" Forum: ROMIR Analyzes Trends and Rewards Leaders

On November 7, the "Sales Revolution" forum was held in Sochi, where ROMIR Executive Director Inna Karaeva gave a presentation on the topic of "Analysis of Changes in Consumer Behavior and Their Preferences." As part of the "Sales Strategies in the Digital Age" track, Inna Karaeva presented an in-depth analysis of modern consumer trends.

The presentation covered a wide range of issues related to the transformation of consumer behavior in 2024:

Dynamics of consumer sentiment and confidence: analysis of the current state and forecast for the future.
Changes in the consumer basket: expense structure, share of food costs and their changes compared to the previous year.
Retail market consolidation: comparative analysis of consumer behavior in large and small cities, adaptation to current conditions and impact on market transformation.
The influence of consumer habits on the development of retail and the emergence of new products: how changing preferences shape demand for new products and services.

In addition, Inna Karaeva noted the importance of understanding the modern consumer for the successful operation of companies. It is important not only to follow trends, but also to actively interact with customers, hear their needs and adapt approaches to service.

In the evening of the same day, the 15th anniversary award ceremony of the Consumer Choice award took place. Inna Karaeva presented awards to the winners, among whom were LG, Samsung, Gazpromneft, Magnit and others. This confirms the importance of ROMIR research for assessing the quality and popularity of products and services on the Russian market.
