The training program of the Winter Sociological School was opened with a lecture by Andrey Milekhin
A training program for students of humane studies "Winter Sociological Online School" has been launched. It was organized by the Higher School of Modern Social Sciences of Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Romir Research Holding (part of M-Holding). Alexander Grebenyuk, Doctor of Economics, Deputy Director of the Higher School of State Audit of Lomonosov Moscow State University, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants. The educational program was opened by a lecture by Andrey Milekhin, Doctor of Sociology, founder of M-Holding, President of Romir.
This year's educational course is dedicated to the topic "Modern sociological research: data, methods, results". Andrey Milekhin discussed with students about the transformation of the world through the eyes of a sociologist and how traditional methods of social measurement have changed in the current realities.
Number of lectures from leading experts of the Romir Research Holding and MSU will be held online on February 9-10.
As part of the training course, participants will listen to lectures on the specifics of conducting longitudinal research, on the use of machine learning methods in sociology, on tools for measuring service satisfaction, on the key rules for visualizing research results and on the basic technologies of Internet analytics.
The winter Sociological online School has been held for several years. This season, more than 700 students from leading Russian universities will attend.
