Romir conducts the hall-tests in the proprietary Testing Laboratory in Moscow.
Home test
This method, similar to the hall-test, is just distinct in the fact that the tests are consucted in the respondent's home. This method is usually employed if the long-term tests (a few days) are required.
Usability test
This method includes an experiment in order to evaluate (test) electronic product interfaces, web sites, private and professional software. Testing is conducted as a group discussion or an interview with special equipment that allows measuring the following:
- Efficiency (work and learning speed);
- Labour-output ratio (positive results frequency);
- Satisfaction (evaluation of tool use).
This method is often used in combination with the eye-tracking. Depending on aims and tasks of the research, the method can be either quantitative or qualitative.

Monitoring is a descriptive research method, which is used for the direct and organized record of the subject/group of interest behavior.
Monitoring of the consumers and customers along with the classic research methods gives an opportunity for the building of objective behavior patterns not according to the respondents but due to real actions:
- Patterns of interactions with a category, a product or a prospect;
- Consumption patterns;
- Patterns of navigation and purchasing in Point of Sale.
Monitoring can be conducted both with the help of the observers or with the use of software (installation of video cameras and automatic video coding).
Method and duration of the monitoring depend on the degree of survey target behavior changeability and environments limits.
