Influencer Rating. Fall 2023
Research holding Romir found out which public figures Russians trust in the fall of 2023 and how the preferences of compatriots have changed compared to the same period last year. According to the Unified Data Dashboard, the top four leaders have remained unchanged since the fall of 2022. The first place is still occupied by radio and television presenter Vladimir Solovyov.
In second place is TV presenter Andrei Malakhov, in third place is film director Nikita Mikhalkov, actor Konstantin Khabensky takes fourth place.Over the course of the year, Pavel Volya rose to fifth place, and Olga Skabeeva to sixth place. Dmitry Nagiyev moved from 5th to 7th place.Ksenia Sobchak rose from 9th to 8th place. Philipp Kirkorov closes the top ten.
Vladimir Mashkov, Laysan Utyasheva, Sergey Mikheev, Elvira Nabiullina, Egor Bulatkin (Egor Creed), Dmitry Maslennikov, Ivan Okhlobystin, Alla Perfilova (Valeria), Klavdiya Vysokova (Klava Koka) strengthened their positions and entered the autumn TOP-50 of this year. Yaroslav Dronov (Shaman) entered the ranking for the first time in 2023, taking 30th place in the autumn TOP-50.
The biggest increase compared to last year was shown by singer Alla Perfilova (Valeria), who rose from 135th to 44th place. Singer Yuri Shevchuk, on the contrary, has been leading in the number of lost positions since last fall: from 23rd place he dropped to 50th.“The interests of our fellow citizens are very diverse. This is evidenced by our rating, which contains a large number of figures from very different fields. It’s a pity that among the popular figures among the population there are still few scientists, doctors and teachers,” Andrei Milekhin, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, President Romir, shared his opinion about the leaders of the rating.

Russians over 14 years of age, representing the urban population of the Russian Federation of 10 thousand+, answered the question: “Which public figure in Russia do you trust? Name 7 people, where the first one will be the one you trust the most.” Based on the survey results, a score rating of public figures was compiled.The votes cast for each nominee were counted taking into account the place where he was mentioned: that is, 7 (seven) points were awarded for first place, 6 (six) for second place, and so on until seventh place. Based on the measurement results, a rating of the TOP 100 public figures by trust in Russia is compiled. The study involved 2,700 respondents.
